Do I have to register to make a reservation through glow?

Yes! Registering provides glow and the parking facility with vital information and will make it easier for you the next time you sign on to make future reservations!


I lost my receipt. Can I get a copy?

Click here to login to your user account, then click on the "View Last Reservation" link under the MY ACCOUNT section located in the top right-hand corner of the website. This will display the confirmation voucher from your last reservation.


What if the login name I choose is already in use?

If you receive an error message stating "login name is already in use", you must select a different name.


What if I forget my user name?

If you forget your username of password, simply click on the login tab at the top right hand corner of the screen, and click on the appropriate tab labeled either "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot your username?" and follow the steps that follow.


What if there are no parking facilities listed for the airport I am departing from?

We certainly do apologize for this inconvenience. We have affiliate-parking providers at most major airports but not all. We are adding new parking facilities on a regular basis. Please check back often to see if your airport has been added.


What if my mobile provider isn't listed during the registration process?

Select the "Other" option at the very bottom of the drop-down list. Also, please click on the "Contact Us" link on the website and complete the form displayed providing the mobile provider that isn't on our list and we'll get the list updated accordingly!


Can I receive the government rate on personal travel?

Yes - if you are a federal government employee, contractor or family of a government employee or contractor. Glow has extended our best value pricing to all Federal Government employees, Contractors and their families for business and personal travel.


What is the quoted price?

The total price that appears on the summary page is an all-inclusive rate for your entire parking stay in accordance with the dates and times you entered. The summary page, your receipt, and your printable voucher show a breakdown of all taxes and fees included in your reservation. - these fees vary by location. YOU MUST PRINT YOUR VOUCHER AND PRESENT AT TIME OF DEPARTURE FROM PARKING FACILITY TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR PREPAYMENT (Please note: For Canadian lots, all quotes are listed in Canadian currency.)


What if my flight is delayed or I arrive earlier or park longer than my reservation receipt indicates?

Your total price will ultimately be based on the actual length of time you are parked. You will be charged the daily or hourly rate stated on your reservation receipt if you arrive earlier or stay longer than the dates and times you originally input. You are charged from the time you arrive at the parking lot until the time you depart from the lot, not for the departure and arrival times on your airline ticket.


How and when do I pay?

You pay for your parking at the time of your online reservation. If your stay is extended you will pay the additional amount directly to the lot at the time you exit. Our parking affiliates accept cash and all major credit cards.


How do I ensure I receive credit for prepayment at the parking lot?

You must present your printed receipt (Voucher) at time of departure from the parking facility to receive credit for prepayment.


How do I get a copy of my parking voucher?

Is the reservation really 'Guaranteed'?

The independently owned and operated parking lots in our network have agreed to honor all reservations made through our network. A valid confirmation voucher must be presented to the parking lot to ensure your reservation is honored. All facility managers have access to their reservations in order to manage occupancy.


Please note that during peak travel periods some parking lots may display a "Lot Full" sign at the check-in area. If you have reserved your airport parking through this site simply present your reservation voucher and you will be accommodated. Our network of parking operators requires the printed voucher to verify your reservation and to honor your parking rate.


Where are your parking lots located?

Our network of off airport parking providers are usually located adjacent to the airport - between a few blocks and a few miles from the airport entrance. All lots provide free transportation to and from all terminals. A map to the parking lot, along with a local address and phone number are located on your printed voucher for your convenience.


Is transportation provided from the parking lot to the airport?

Free shuttle bus transportation is provided to and from the airport: all terminals are served. Please allow 15 minutes for check-in and transportation to your terminal, unless otherwise stated on your receipt. Most airlines recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before your flight departure time. Upon your return, there are courtesy phones in the baggage area or a phone number on your claim check to call for pickup. At larger airports shuttle buses constantly circle the airport. At a few airports, you will be taken to the airport in your own car and returned via shuttle bus.


When should I arrive at the parking lot?

Unless otherwise stated on your reservation receipt, please arrive 15 minutes before you want to arrive at your airport terminal. Please keep in mind that most airlines recommend arriving at your terminal 1 to 2 hours before departure time.


Are the parking lots open 24 hours per day?

Most parking lots are open 24 hours per day 365 days per year. Those that are not open 24 hours will generally meet all flights, unless otherwise stated on your confirmation.


Are the parking lots secured?

The parking lots are generally fenced, lighted and secure.


What if there is a change in my travel itinerary?

Before purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary including departure and return dates and times. If your travel itinerary changes, this will NOT affect the amount you paid online to reserve your space. It may affect the total due to the parking facility. Your reservation receipt covers your entire length of stay based on your chosen departure and return dates and times. Your actual total may be higher or lower, based on the actual length of time your vehicle is parked with your chosen parking vendor. If your travel itinerary changes, your reservation will continue to be valid for a period of 7 days from your departure date as indicated on your reservation confirmation/receipt.


Can I make a reservation for someone else?

Yes. Simply enter the person's name in the "Person Parking" field when checking out. Both your name and their name will appear on your receipt.


How do I cancel a reservation?

Please do not call the parking lot to cancel your reservation. Instead, use one of these methods:


METHOD 1 - The fastest way to cancel your reservation is to login to the Glow Parking website with your user name and password. Then, click on "Review Reservation" link in the bottom left portion of the page under "ACCOUNT INFORMATION". The Reservation list will then be displayed. You'll see an ACTION column to the far right. Click on the Cancel link next to the reservation you need to cancel.


METHOD 2 - You can also contact Glow via the "Contact Us" tab on the website to cancel your reservation. Click here to use our contact form. Be sure to choose "Cancellations" from the category menu and provide the information requested. We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours.


METHOD 3 - If you do not have access to the internet, please contact us at the number displayed on the "Contact Us" page of the website.


What is the cancellation and refund policy? (*)


A full refund less a $5 administrative fee will be given in the following instances:
  • Cancelation of your reservation - if done before midnight of the check-in date
  • Flight cancelation - with proof of flight information
  • No voucher at checkout - provided that a copy of the subsequently paid receipt at the same lot is submitted

A partial refund will be given in the following instances:
  • Unused parking days - unused days less a $5 administrative fee
  • Cancelation of the reservation up to 72 hours after a reservation begins - 1 parking day

No refund will be given for cancelations after 72 hours of when a reservation begins

Can I get my car washed or oil changed while away?

Many of the parking operators in our network offer car care services including a car wash, wax and detail, oil change and lube, and some minor repairs. If you do not see a service menu prior to our checkout page for the parking operator of your choice, you can generally arrange car care services upon check-in to their facility.


What should I do if I cannot print my reservation confirmation?

If you are unable to print your reservation confirmation, please notify us by email. We will arrange to email your confirmation to an alternate email address, mobile phone, or mail you a copy. To receive a copy by mail, your departure date must be a minimum of 5 business days from today's date.


What if I canceled a reservation but changed my mind?

Once a reservation is canceled, it cannot be reactivated at this time. Please request another reservation for the airport, date and times needed.


How can I contact glow?
